Identifiers, parent molecule, targets and development stage, from curated data.
Nangibotide is a synthetic twelve-residue peptide derived from TREM-like transcript-1 (TLT-1, TREML1). It inhibits TREM-1 pathway activation as a decoy. FDA records include LR12, LR-12 and MOTREM as synonyms. Preclinical LR12 can denote a species-specific ortholog. LR12 literature therefore needs peptide and TREM-1 context, with separate sequence assessment.

Sequence not disclosed
The phase 1 formulation and FDA GSRS specify H-Leu-Gln-Glu-Glu-Asp-Ala-Gly-Glu-Tyr-Gly-Cys-Met-NH2, with L-configured chiral residues. PubChem CID 165360157 instead encodes LQQEDAGEYGCM-NH2. FDA GSRS also reports an estimated formula inconsistent with its sequence. Complete sequence, formula, masses, SMILES, InChIKey and HELM remain unset because these sources disagree. The reported phase 1 molecular weight is 1342.5 g/mol. PubChem assigns the same rounded weight to its different sequence. No cyclic structure or intramolecular disulfide is specified for the administered monomer.
No sequence is listed for the parent, so no alignment is shown. The phase 1 paper establishes TLT-1 derivation. UniProt identifies human TREML1 as Q86YW5. Exact coordinates remain unset during the sequence dispute.
No formula or molecular weight is listed for Nangibotide.
