Cautions

The US label has a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors. It says orforglipron is not active in rats and mice and caused no rodent tumors, and that the human relevance of the rodent finding with other GLP-1 drugs is not known. It lists a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 as a contraindication.S1

Most community amounts come from three threads on one forum (S4, S5, S6) that also has vendor promotion sections, so it is flagged affiliate.
