Identifiers, parent molecule, targets and development stage, from curated data.
Efpeglenatide contains an exendin-derived peptide linked through polyethylene glycol to an immunoglobulin Fc carrier. It is a multichain conjugate. It differs from exenatide and dulaglutide.

Sequence not disclosed
Efpeglenatide is a PEG-linked exendin-derived peptide and human IgG4 Fc dimer. GSRS lists two identical 221-position Fc subunits: PSCPAPEFLGGPSVFLFPPKPKDTLMISRTPEVTCVVVDVSQEDPEVQFNWYVDGVEVHNAKTKPREEQFNSTYRVVSVLTVLHQDWLNGKEYKCKVSNKGLPSSIEKTISKAKGQPREPQVYTLPPSQEEMTKNQVSLTCLVKGFYPSDIAVEWESNGQPENNYKTTPPVLDSDGSFFLYSRLTVDKSRWQEGNVFSCSVMHEALHNHYTQKSLSLSLGK. GSRS subunit 3 is HGEGTFTSDLSKQMEEEAVRLFIEWLKNGGPSSGAPPPS, with nominal His1 replaced by imidazoleacetic acid and Ser39 amidated. The systematic name specifies L-residues at chiral sites of the exendin-derived peptide. GSRS disulfides are 1:3-2:3, 1:35-1:95, 1:141-1:199, 2:35-2:95 and 2:141-2:199. Single-chain sequence, termini and numeric disulfide fields remain unfilled because the schema lacks chain identifiers. Length remains null: GSRS has 481 nominal positions including the non-amino-acid cap; KEGG omits that cap from its 38-residue peptide sequence. GSRS reports an estimated average mass of 54000 Da, not an exact mass. Formula remains null: GSRS gives estimated C2398H3677N630O742S17, while KEGG gives C2415H3715N663O743S17(C2H4O)n. PEG length and an exact complete structure are not established.
