Murepavadin is a synthetic cyclic beta-hairpin peptidomimetic based on protegrin I. It inhibits bacterial LptD and is studied against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The intravenous phase 3 PRISM studies stopped in 2019 after a kidney injury signal. The current sponsor describes the inhaled formulation as phase 2 ready.

Sequence not disclosed
FDA GSRS establishes the cyclic 14-residue sequence, D-Pro3 and D-Dab10. Other residues have the stated L or (2S) configuration. Dab means 2,4-diaminobutyric acid. No free termini or disulfide bonds occur. Properties describe the parent compound without a salt counterion. The one-letter sequence and HELM remain null because no standardized encoding was verified.
No sequence is listed, so nothing can be calculated.
