Ramatercept fuses a soluble human activin receptor IIB domain to a human IgG1 Fc fragment through a glycine linker. GSRS records two identical 343-residue chains, interchain disulfides and N-glycosylation sites. It traps receptor ligands rather than acting as a small peptide. The defined fusion supports kind conjugate rather than undefined_product. ACE-011, ACE-536 and bimagrumab are distinct agents. The trial program stopped after vascular safety concerns.

343 amino acids · 3 modifications · 7 disulfide bonds
No formula or molecular weight is listed for ACE-031 (ramatercept).
Some values cannot be calculated. A modification changes this value and is not modeled here (for example a lipid, metal or linker).

343 residues. Each residue counts in one class; F and W count as aromatic.
No 3D structure
No experimental structure (PDB) and no UniProt entry for an AlphaFold model are listed for this peptide. Synthetic peptides often have neither. The sequence view above is the reference.
An ideal alpha-helix projection. It shows where the hydrophobic residues fall if the peptide folds as a helix. It does not show that it does.
Eisenberg consensus (normalized) scale · + K, R · − D, E
Assumes an ideal α-helix: 100° per residue, 3.6 residues per turn. The arrow is the mean hydrophobic moment (Eisenberg et al. 1984) and points at the hydrophobic face.
