No result from this study comes from a test of the peptide.

Natural levels measured1

These results measure the body's own peptide. Nobody was given the peptide. They are not evidence about taking it. They are left out of key results, evidence counts and charts.

    Summary
    In a randomized, double-blind clinical trial (n = 49), daily intake of 3 × 1010 CFU of LF61 for 8 weeks increased serum levels of the antimicrobial peptide LL-37 by 12.3% (p < 0.05), and IgA, IgG, and IgM by 18.7%, 15.2%, and 9.8%, respectively (p < 0.05).

This result measures the body's own LL-37. Nobody was given the peptide. It is not evidence about taking it.
